Meet Rossi

We will never forget the day he became part of our family: I have never smiled so much ! What a truly proud moment!

Rossi enjoyed many years as a stud male and was gelded in 2017. He produced many beautiful crias ( baby llamas) and wooed many a female llama girl in his time! 

Now in his 12th year, Rossi is still as handsome as he was in his younger days. With a wonderful silver streak along his back we nicknamed him the "Tom Jones of Llamas!" he has definitely got better with age and he retains his gentlemanly ways and is an absolute darling to walk!

Despite being gelded Rossi quickly took over the herd as our alpha male and rules with fairness and over his kingdom. He keeps the younger boys in check and is a great protector and king over his herd.

He always feels a responsibility to watch over the others and he corrects the younger boys when they get up to mischief.  

He is gentle, kind and a true gentleman with a quiet and magnificent intelligence that is dazzling.
