BOWIE: A CELEBRATION OF LIFE

We would like to dedicate this page to our beloved Bowie, son of Rubio and big brother to Troy.
The animals on our farm are very much part of our family . The joy they bring to us and others that meet them is absolutely incredible and it could never be measured in volume as the value is priceless and surmounts higher than the stars in the sky and there is no greater love than this that I have every know:

Bowie

This Beautiful blue-eyed Bowie was named after the legend David Bowie of course because he had one blue eye.

Bowie was a tall white llama, not unlike the man himself! A thin white duke! Bowie had something that was so endearing and special he just loved people and loved to say hello to our visitors.

He loved anything different. Textures, fur hoods, glasses, beards and scarves were among some of his favourite items, he could not resist leaning forward to give you a kiss!

He had a fabulous optimistic and outgoing character and a fluffy white fibre that was so soft and light it almost felt like cotton wool.

Bowie is a chip off the old block and is the image of his Father Rubio de Oro who we are very happy to have at Briery Hill Llamas along with Bowie’s baby Brother Troy.

Bowie loved life and was only 3 years of age when he passed away which was devastating for us all. Continue to click your heels together like a spring lamb! Bow Bow will remain in our hearts for eternity.

We had a fantastic time, llamas so gentle and so funny, fab family who made us so welcome, beautiful surroundings and we were blessed with gorgeous weather. A truly magical experience would recommend highly.
